Hi Everyone! Joel and I have created this blog to keep all of our wonderful family and friends up to date on the whole cancer ordeal. We are so grateful to have so many people in our lives that care so much about us. Thank you all for your continued thoughts and prayers, we will need every one of them! Joel and I will try our best to update the blog after each doctor appointment, test, treatment etc...
Tomorrow is the Portal Vein Embolization at 10:30. Joel will send word when we get out and hopefully someone will guest blog for me. We should be in our room around noon and I am only supposed to spend one night on the island. Thanks for all of your kind words of support.

Wanted to let you know that my family is praying for you and all the people on this blog. I love your blog, and you are an inspiration to the rest of us. Thanks for always updating, and we hope the PVE went well, then you can have the "big" surgery.

Haven't seen any posts so just thought I'd make a quick remark. As of late yesterday afternoon word was Kelly was out of the procedure and doing well. Kelley S. talked to Joel and he said they were waiting for a consult w/ the doctor and their room for the night. Haven't heard anything since, but somebody with more info than me will post later today.
